Troubleshooting
If you've taken a screenshot via F12
, it's likely a Steam screenshot, not an FFXIV screenshot. Although there's little to no difference in terms of the resulting screenshot, the location the screenshot is saved to will be different. To locate Steam screenshots, see this guide.

On PS4 FF14, you can take screenshots by pressing the 'Share' button. But after taking them.. how can you access them? That's simple: from the PlayStation menu, go to the 'Library' application. Then just go to the 'Capture Gallery' option, find Final Fantasy: XIV and voila!
